All payments made to Reservations Desk are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Service consultation fees
- Support assistance fees
- Processing or handling charges
- Any optional add-on services purchased through our platform
Once a payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded, regardless of the reason.
Reservations Desk does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Why Payments Are Non-Refundable
Payments cover the cost of:
- Time spent by our support staff
- Guidance and consultation services
- Operational and administrative resources
- Customer handling and service preparation
Since these services begin immediately upon engagement, refunds are not possible.
3. Billing Name on Your Bank/Card Statement
All charges will appear on your bank or card statement as:
“Reservations Desk”
If you see this name on your statement, it corresponds to a service you voluntarily purchased through our website or over the phone.
4. Third-Party Service Clarification
Reservations Desk is an independent third-party support service providing general guidance and informational assistance.
We are not affiliated with Sirius XM Radio Inc. or any other official brand, and we do not sell, modify, or manage official subscriptions.
Payments made to Reservations Desk are for our assistance services only, not for any official provider or brand.
5. Cancellation of Services
Since we are a service-based support organization, cancellations are not applicable once the session, consultation, or assistance process has begun.
If you no longer wish to continue with additional services after your initial purchase, you may choose not to proceed, but no partial or full refund will be issued.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing unwarranted chargebacks or disputes may result in:
- Documentation submission to payment processors
- Service account restrictions
- Possible denial of future service
